1. Acceptance
By inviting or using Tacot you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
2. Free multipurpose bot
Core features (economy, moderation, music, leveling, tickets, setup, and more) work without payment. Optional premium only raises some customization limits and is not required.
3. Fair use
- Don’t exploit bugs for infinite currency — report them instead.
- Don’t use Tacot to spam, raid, harass, or break Discord’s rules.
- Server staff are responsible for how they use moderation tools.
- Don’t reverse-engineer, overload, or attack the bot’s infrastructure.
4. Economy & games
🌮 Tacos and virtual items have no real-money value. Gambling-style commands are entertainment only — not real-money gambling.
5. AI features
AI chat is optional and may be rate-limited. Don’t send secrets or illegal content. AI output can be wrong — double-check with !help when it matters.
6. Opt-in messaging
Broadcast / mail only reaches users who run !subscribe. Tacot does not mass-DM every server member.
7. Availability
The bot is provided “as is.” Features can change; downtime can happen. We’re not liable for lost virtual items or missed cooldowns.
8. Global enforcement
Bot owners may restrict or ban users or servers from Tacot for abuse, ToS violations, or safety reasons.
9. Invites & permissions
The recommended invite does not request Administrator and does not request Create Instant Invite. Tacot does not generate server invite links for advertising servers.
